· Meaningful work experience in core Finance proficiencies (FP&A;, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.), Financial Systems or Analytics
· Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with impact on delivery
· Global exposure with consistent track record for digital projects: Qualifications & demonstrated experience for leading ‘Lean’ projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements is a plus
