The Executive Assistant (EA. to the CFO is a pivotal role that demands a strategic mindset and exceptional organizational capabilities. This position serves as the primary support to the CFO, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the finance department and other organizational units. The EA will be responsible for managing the CFO's schedule, prioritizing tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role requires a high level of discretion, analytical thinking, and professional standards. The EA will act as a liaison between the CFO and internal as well as external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-ups. Additionally, the EA will assist in the preparation and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring that all financial reports and presentations are accurate and complete. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the finance function and supporting the CFO in achieving organizational goals.
Responsibility




Manage and optimize the CFOs schedule ensuring productive time management and prioritization of tasksbr Prepare and review financial reports presentations and other documents to ensure accuracy and completenessbr Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CFO and internalexternal stakeholders ensuring clarity and efficiencybr Organize and manage meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action itemsbr Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic initiatives and projects led by the CFObr Serve as a key strategic partner and righthand support to the CFO ensuring optimal prioritization efficient communication followups and coordination across the finance function and other departments
