Inside Sales Specialist - Life Science
Location: Remote (India)
Salary: 660000 INR per annum

Assay Genie is seeking a full-time, Inside Sales Specialist (Remote) to join the sales team.
Working closely with the Sales Team Lead, the primary responsibilities are lead generation and actively nurturing deals through the pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves using best-in-class digital sales tools to generate sales leads for account managers. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Duties and responsibilities
Develop leads using best-in-class sales tools
Manage and grow in-bound sales leads
Triage in-bound sales leads as part of the sales team and actively manage leads through the sales process.
Converting sales leads generated from business development activities in a timely and efficient manner




Actively prospect for new leads using in-house digital tools
Manage digital outreach processes including maintaining and updating CRM
Utilize digital outreach strategies to prospect for customers in key territories for account managers
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Follow Assay Genie procedures and policies
Expectations
Initiative and proactivity to convert in-bound leads to sales in a timely manner
That performance is achieved via tracked KPIs to meet the goals as set out by your manager
All other tasks be performed according to internal company standards
Qualifications
A minimum of BA/BSc in a Life Science is required
At least 1 year sales experience a big plus

Is goal–oriented, is committed and has a strong desire for success
Qualifies proposals & quotes, and possesses excellent negotiating skills
