The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Have to prepare financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

1. Accurately manage data entry tasks in Tally ERP and ZOHO system

2. Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents (Quotation, PO, Invoices) for data entry.

3. Record & update the Accounting Entries on timely manner

4. Processing financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments

5. Assists in preparing and maintaining financial reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets

6. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or





other computer software.

7. Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

8. Reconciling bank statements and verifying the accuracy of financial data

9. Maintain digital and physical financial, Stock records.

10. Assist in preparation of tax documents

11. Office Management

12. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

13. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

14. Answer queries by customers, suppliers, employees / staff

15. HR /Payroll Management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
