About the Role

n

Suraksha24 is building a technology-enabled 24×7 electronic alarm monitoring platform for businesses, banks, NBFCs, institutions, offices, factories, retail establishments and other commercial premises.

n

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Associates who can develop new customers, conduct field visits, explain our security solutions and convert prospects into customers.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Lead Generation

n

n
- Identify potential business customers within the assigned territory.
n
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, local business directories and cold calling.
n
- Develop relationships with business owners, branch managers, facility managers and decision-makers.
n

n

2. Field Sales

n

n
- Visit prospective customers and understand their security requirements.
n
- Explain Suraksha24's 24×7 alarm monitoring service and benefits.
n
- Conduct product/service demonstrations.
n
- Prepare quotations and follow up until conversion.
n
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
n

n

3. Customer Acquisition

n

n
- Explain subscription plans, installation process and service terms.
n
- Identify opportunities for multiple-site customers.
n
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
n
- Generate referrals from existing customers.
n

n

4. Market Development

n

n
- Map businesses and institutions within the assigned territory.
n
- Identify areas with high potential for alarm monitoring.
n
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
n
- Provide market feedback to management.
n





n

5. Coordination

n

n
- Coordinate with the technical/installation team for new installations.
n
- Ensure customer information and site requirements are correctly communicated.
n
- Follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
n

Candidate Requirements

Essential

n

- Graduate / 12th pass with strong sales aptitude.
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
n
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and email.
n
- Ability to communicate in Punjabi/Hindi and basic English .
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to meet targets.
n
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
n

Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate confidence, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Negotiable as per Industry standards

Travel: As per company policy

Performance Incentive: Additional incentive based on new customer acquisition/subscription revenue.

For experienced candidates with a proven B2B sales record, compensation can be structured separately.
