HonorVet Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional with experience in billing, financial reporting, customer collections, account analysis, and auditing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and review financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with auditing and reviewing various accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
- Solid knowledge of billing, collections, financial reporting, and account analysis.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
