We are looking for a proactive B2B Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Executive to help us identify and engage potential clients across targeted local and regional markets.
The role combines data mining, prospect research, cold calling, and cold email outreach. You will identify target companies and decisionmakers, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and generate meetings for our senior sales team.
⭐Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Operations Heads, and ERP/CRM leaders.
Mine, verify, enrich, and maintain accurate company and contact data.
Use tools such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Rocket Reach, Hunter, Lusha, email verification tools, Google, and other data sources.
Make targeted manual cold calls to decision-makers and conduct meaningful business conversations.
Create and manage B2B cold email campaigns, including personalization, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
Research → Data → Email → Call → Follow-up → Meeting.




Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the senior sales team and provide relevant prospect background.
Maintain accurate CRM/Excel records and report on outreach, conversations, leads, and meetings.
Continuously test and improve target markets, messaging, data sources, and outreach strategies.
⭐ 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, inside sales, business development, or outbound sales.
~ Solid experience in data mining, prospect research, cold calling, and cold email.
~ Comfortable using LinkedIn and B2B prospecting/data-enrichment tools.
~ Excellent English communication and confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
~ Preferred Experience: -
Experience in prospecting for IT Services, Software Development, ERP/CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, AI & Automation, Web/Mobile, Cloud, Integration, or Digital Transformation services.
