Experience: 2+ years experienced Graduates with solid Tally exposure or encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally (vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
Support Group-level financial reporting — consolidation inputs, MIS schedules, and periodic reporting to the parent/group entity.
Handle TDS and GST compliance end-to-end: computation, return filing, reconciliation with books, and resolving mismatches.
Ensure adherence to statutory accounting compliance (Companies Act, Income Tax, applicable NBFC regulatory norms).
Coordinate closely with the Assistant Manager / reporting manager for month-end and audit closures.
Exposure to NBFC-specific accounting — loan accounting, provisioning (ECL/NPA classification basics), RBI-mandated reporting formats is a strong plus.
