We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in selling modular kitchen/Wardrobes Industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our modular kitchen/Wardrobes etc products to prospective clients. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers/architects/interior designers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored modular kitchen solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers/architects/interior designers
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our modular kitchen solutions.
4. Understand customer requirements and provide customized modular kitchen designs and quotes.
5. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and functional kitchen layouts.
6. Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends,
product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing post-sales support.
9. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer/architects/interior designers interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry.
2. Knowledge and understanding of modular kitchen/wardrobes concepts, designs, and materials.
3. Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
4. Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
