Here’s the honest version.

goSTOPS fills beds through our own site and OTAs. That works. But every travel agent, every HR person planning an offsite, every college coordinator booking 40 rooms for a fest — we are invisible to all of them. No partner list, no pitch, no CRM, no process. Zero.

I don’t want someone senior to come write a strategy for this. I want one sharp person, 3–5 years in, who starts dialling in week one and figures it out in the market.

The part most people get wrong: this isn’t a calling job. When a deal doesn’t close, the answer is almost never “call more.” It’s the pitch, or the collateral, or how the price is framed, or the fact that nobody followed up on day four. I want someone who chases that answer down — who knows where to hit the nail, not just how hard.

You’d close deals yourself for the first few quarters and build the system as you go. Hire a team under you when the numbers earn it,



not before.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
