Hiring: International Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–7+ years of B2B international sales experience in diamonds, jewellery or luxury goods.

Function: International Sales & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional with strong B2B sales experience in the diamond/jewellery industry to drive business across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new international clients, retailers, luxury brands and diamond/jewellery buyers.
- Manage and grow existing international accounts.
- Drive sales across Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada and Europe.
- Handle pricing, negotiations, commercial terms and order closure.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Diamond Sorting and Logistics teams for order execution.
- Track global market trends, competitor activity and diamond/precious metal pricing.
- Represent the company at international jewellery exhibitions and trade shows.
- Travel internationally for client meetings and business development.





Key Requirements

- 2–7+ years of B2B international sales experience in diamonds, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Proven sales experience in international markets, especially Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada or Europe.
- Robust understanding of diamonds, jewellery manufacturing and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- International client network will be an advantage.
- International travel experience is mandatory.
- Graduate/MBA or Gemology certification (GIA/IGI) preferred.
- Knowledge of a foreign language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, French or Spanish will be an advantage.
