Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Executive to handle technical queries from international customers through voice calls. The role requires strong English communication, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide step-by-step solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware,



software, OS, application, internet and connectivity issues .
Provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance over the phone.
Diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Troubleshoot basic Windows, networking, IP configuration, BIOS and printer-related issues .
Follow defined troubleshooting procedures, SOPs and escalation guidelines.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues and resolutions in CRM/ticketing tools.
Maintain required quality, productivity, SLA and customer satisfaction standards.
