We are looking for talented professionals to join our Corporate Events team.
1) OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
? Location: Andheri W, Mumbai
? Experience: Minimum 2 Years
? Industry: Events – Corporate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end event operations and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Handle event logistics, timelines, setup, and execution requirements.
- Work closely with the Client Servicing and Creative teams to deliver events smoothly.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely execution.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
2) CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER
? Location: Andheri W, Mumbai
? Experience: Minimum 2 Years
? Industry: Events – Corporate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into transparent event requirements.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Strategy teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
- Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple projects and resolve client requirements effectively.
Common Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced events environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
