- Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.

- Provide support to customers living overseas through phone, email and digital channels.
- Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to RBI, FEMA, AML, KYC and bank policies.
- Monitor transactions and identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity.
