Role Overview Impactron is hiring a Chartered Accountant to strengthen our accounts and compliance function. You will handle internal compliance and bookkeeping across both our UK and India operations, working closely with the wider finance team. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to global compliance and bookkeeping early in your career, and it comes with a clear growth path: for the right person, this role is a genuine stepping stone toward a Finance Director position over time. Based in our Jodhpur office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal compliance across statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements for both UK and India operations.
Handle accounting and bookkeeping across geographies, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
Support audits, both internal and statutory, and liaise with auditors.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Help improve internal controls and financial processes as the business grows.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Around two years of relevant experience (ideally in IT services) in accounts and internal compliance.
Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ambition and potential to grow into a Finance Director role.
Comfortable working from our Jodhpur office.
