Job Description: Account / Programme Manager

About the Role

We are looking for organized and proactive Account / Programme Managers to take ownership of client relationships post-sale. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise and institutional clients, ensuring that Qurocity's language services, niche workforce solutions, and upskilling programs are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the client's expectations.

What You Will Do

Client Onboarding & Success: Take the baton from the sales team to seamlessly onboard new clients (universities, schools, or enterprise AI companies) and set clear timelines for program rollout.
Daily Programme Management: Act as the central bridge between the client and our internal delivery/operations teams.
Track & Report: Monitor the progress of ongoing programs, track key metrics (like learner engagement or workforce deployment), and provide regular, clear updates to client stakeholders.
Troubleshooting:



Quickly identify and resolve any roadblocks or friction points during the delivery process to ensure client satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Maintain solid, day-to-day relationships with key client contacts, identifying opportunities for program expansion or renewal.

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in account management, customer success, or project management (experience in EdTech, recruitment, or B2B services is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and moving parts simultaneously.
Clear and direct communication skills. You need to be comfortable keeping clients updated and setting realistic expectations.
A problem-solving mindset. When things don't go according to plan, you step in to fix them rather than waiting for instructions.
Proficiency with standard CRM and project tracking tools.
