HIRING for client | SALES MANAGER – MOTOR TESTING & AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

? Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Motor Testing and the Automotive Industry to drive sales growth and business development across India.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, capital sales, negotiations & closing
- Build strong relationships with automotive and industrial customers
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
- Manage sales budgets, action plans, P&L;, and profitability
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer engagement

✅ MUST HAVE – Mandatory





- 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Engineering / Industrial sector
- Mandatory experience in Motor Testing / Motor Test Systems
- Mandatory Automotive Industry experience
- Proven experience in Capital Sales / Technical Sales
- Strong network within Automotive & Industrial markets in India
- Experience with a foreign-owned / multinational industrial company
- Solid leadership, negotiation & business development skills
- Proven P&L; management experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, with periodic travel to Switzerland & USA
