Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, boarding plans, and luggage handling, ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all.

2. Baggage Handling: Safely manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring that items reach their destinations timely and without damage.

3. Flight Information: Provide accurate and timely information to passengers about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes, keeping everyone informed.

4. Safety Compliance: Follow all airport safety regulations and protocols, helping to maintain a secure environment for passengers and crew.

5. Team Coordination: Work closely with airline staff, security, and ground crew to ensure coordinated support for all operations.
