We are seeking dedicated Airport Ground Staff members for our Indore location. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Services: Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and baggage handling to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. Ticketing and Reservations: Help with ticket sales and manage reservations, answering passenger queries and providing information about flights and services.

3. Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist in security procedures, including baggage screening and passenger checks.

4. Coordination: Work closely with other airport staff, airlines, and ground handling services to ensure efficient operations and timely departures.

5. General Assistance: Provide general assistance to passengers, such as directing them to boarding gates and facilities, as well as handling special requests.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess robust communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and co-workers. A customer-oriented attitude is essential,



as providing excellent service is a priority. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure is crucial. Basic computer skills are necessary for handling reservations and ticketing systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally possess some experience in a customer service role, although freshers are encouraged to apply. Flexibility in work hours is expected as shifts may vary.
