Job Summary:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to drive data-led marketing decisions through customer, campaign and performance analytics. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in marketing analytics, customer insights, campaign measurement, attribution and dashboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing analytics and performance measurement across campaigns and channels.

Analyse customer behaviour, acquisition, retention and conversion trends.

Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs and ROI.

Measure campaign effectiveness across digital, paid, email, social and other channels.

Perform funnel, cohort, attribution and customer segmentation analysis.

Provide actionable insights to Marketing, Sales and Business teams.

Build forecasting and analytical models to support marketing and growth strategies.

Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rates, retention and marketing ROI.





Collaborate with Data, BI, Product and Marketing teams to improve data quality and reporting.

Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
