5. Handling Queries: Respond to client questions about travel policies, baggage, and fare rules to provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of passing the 10th grade. Strong communication skills in English and local languages are essential. You should be friendly and patient, with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly. Attention to detail is vital for accurate ticketing and processing payments.
