Job Title - HR Executive

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Tapukara Industrial Area, Khushkhera, Bhiwadi

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR & Administration activities.

Support Training & Development programs, Dojo Room activities, and record keeping.

Assist with Time Office activities and salary preparation.

Support Recruitment & Selection processes.

Prepare documents for ISO, IATF and customer audits.

Support administration activities including canteen, transport, and other facilities.

Organize team-building, sports, cultural and employee motivational activities.

Support the employee appraisal and performance management system.

Coordinate with supervisors and various administrative agencies.

Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable labour laws and Labour Codes.





Qualification & Skills

MBA - HR (Regular Course from a reputed institute)

Strong knowledge of HR & Administration functions.

Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Leadership and team-handling abilities.

Knowledge of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
