We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Sanpada. This is a full time office-based role suitable for freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience. The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 12th grade and be eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: Initiate phone calls to potential customers to present products or services, aiming to generate sales leads and conversions.

- Understanding Customer Needs: Listen to customers carefully to identify their requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly, ensuring the best matches between their needs and our offerings.

- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales, ensuring that all information is up-to-date in the company's database for future reference.

- Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales goals by actively promoting products, following up on leads, and closing sales efficiently.

Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have about the products or services, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Expectations:
