We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
. Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
. Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
. Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
. Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention.
. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
. Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
