Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Help customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticket prices, and seat availability while providing detailed information about travel options.

2. Booking Management: Process ticket bookings and cancellations accurately, ensuring all flights are confirmed. Handle payments and provide customers with proper documentation.

3. Documentation Support: Assist customers with necessary travel documents such as boarding passes and travel insurance, ensuring they are well-prepared for their journeys.

4. Problem Resolution: Address any issues that customers may face during the booking process, including flight changes or refunds, and provide prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Support: Promote additional services such as travel insurance or upgrades,



helping to maximize revenue while meeting customer needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a completed 12th-grade education and possess 0 to 5 years of relevant experience. Robust communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.
