We are seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team in Salem, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in fitting and will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Installation: You will read technical drawings and blueprints to assemble various components and machines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular checks on machines and equipment. You will troubleshoot issues and conduct necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. This includes checking dimensions, alignments, and functionality.

4. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working setting. This includes wearing appropriate protective gear and reporting hazards.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed,



including repairs and maintenance schedules, to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have a technical diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of fitting techniques and machinery operation. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team while communicating effectively with colleagues.
