As a Field Incharge, you will play a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring tasks are executed smoothly within the field. This full time position is based in Shillong Cantonment, East Khasi Hills, and is open to freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Field Activities: Monitor daily operations and guide the team to ensure all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
2. Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports detailing field performance, challenges faced, and progress made towards goals.
