Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Work with senior recruiters to close open positions.

Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management background preferred.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.

Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
