We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation in our restaurant while providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of restaurant staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and maintain high standards of service.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience, addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization are maintained.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that stock is maintained without overstocking.
- Training and Development: Provide training to recent staff members and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
