Key Responsibilities
Picking: Locating SKU items using hand-held terminals (HHT / PDA scanner) from designated warehouse bins, aisles, or dark-store shelves based on system picklists.
Quality Check & Sorting: Verifying item barcodes, expiry dates, batch codes, and physical conditions (no damage or leakage).
Packing & Bagging: Packaging orders into shipping bags/corrugated boxes according to Flipkart packaging SOPs, sealing with security tape, and generating/pasting shipping or invoice labels.
Handover: Sorting outbound crates and staging packed shipments at dock zones or dispatch counters for riders/logistics drivers.
