- Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly check stock levels to ensure that inventory is adequate for operational needs. This helps prevent shortages or overstock situations.

- Record Inventory Movements: Keep detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts and shipments. Accurate records help in tracking stock and managing supply chain efficiency.

- Conduct Stock Audits: Perform regular audits of inventory to compare physical counts with recorded stock levels. This ensures accuracy and helps identify any discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers regarding order placements and deliveries. Strong supplier relationships are crucial for timely stock replenishment.

- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on stock levels, trends, and discrepancies to share with management.
