We are looking for a dedicated Plant Head to oversee our operations in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience and a graduate degree. This position is full-time and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: You will ensure that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines.

2. Team Leadership: You will lead a team of workers, motivating and guiding them to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work workplace.

3. Budget Oversight: You will manage the plant's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.

4. Safety Compliance: You will implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

5. Maintenance Coordination: You will oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
