About the Role

PCARDS Business Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive - Telecalling to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads through outbound calls, identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build professional relationships with prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate business opportunities.

Identify and qualify potential customers based on their requirements and business needs.

Explain PCARDS products/services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, database calling, references, and other sources.

Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions.

Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Schedule meetings, presentations, or demos for qualified prospects with the sales/business development team.

Maintain and update lead information, call records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in the CRM.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when required.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling,



lead-generation, and business development targets.

Track and report calling activities, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions to the reporting manager.

Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach during all interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and persuasive communication style.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups effectively.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.

Candidates with B2B calling, corporate sales, lead generation, or inside sales experience will be preferred.
