We are seeking a Printing Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee our printing operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will lead our team, ensuring high standards in production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Printing Operations: Supervise all printing processes, ensuring that schedules are met, and production runs smoothly.

- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high printing standards and reduce errors or defects in printed materials.

- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate the printing staff, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve team goals.

- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of all printing machinery and equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as necessary.

- Budget Management: Track and manage the printing department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers for raw materials, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery to prevent production delays.
