We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in training and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. The role involves working full-time at our office and is open to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging training programs to enhance the technical skills of employees, ensuring they are up-to-date with relevant technologies and tools.

- Develop Training Materials: Create and update learning resources such as presentations, manuals, and online content to support the training process.

- Assess Learner Performance: Evaluate trainees through tests and practical assessments to ensure they comprehend the material and can apply their skills effectively.

- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge, fostering a supportive learning environment.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with different departments to understand their training needs and align programs with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners effectively. A solid understanding of technical concepts related to software, coding, and IT systems is essential. Experience in training methodologies and adult learning principles will be an advantage.
