Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Perform reference and background checks when required.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding recent employees.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
