Lead and manage the entire accounting and finance function.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Oversee audits and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team, assigning tasks and reviewing their work.
Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and banks on financial matters.
Maintain accurate financial records using ERP/Tally and Advanced Excel.
Analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decisions.
