We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our market growth in Kozhikode.
What we're looking for:
3–6 years of Sales & Marketing experience
FMCG / Ice Cream / Dairy / Frozen Foods / Beverages / Food industry preferred
Robust knowledge of the Kozhikode market
Experience in distributor & retailer management
Ability to develop current outlets and improve existing outlet sales
Team handling and field execution capability
Robust communication, negotiation and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly sales growth
Develop retail, HoReCa & distribution channels
Improve outlet and freezer productivity
Manage sales/promoter activities
Execute local marketing campaigns & activations
Monitor collections, repeat orders and market performance
Coordinate with management and marketing partners
