Job Summary

We are looking for a Calling Executive – US Process to connect with students and parents, remind them about scheduled sessions, encourage timely attendance, and address basic concerns related to their classes.

Key Responsibilities
Call students and remind them about their scheduled sessions.
Follow up with students regarding attendance and absenteeism.
Communicate professionally with students and parents.
Address basic concerns and encourage students to attend their classes.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach during calls.
Track attendance and report recurring absenteeism to the concerned team.




Maintain accurate records and update relevant CRM/communication platforms.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Comfortable working with CRM and communication tools; training will be provided if required.
Flexible to work according to US customer time zones.
Willingness to work from office and adapt to energetic workflows.
