Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer with robust aptitude training capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging sessions on communication, employability skills, aptitude, reasoning, and workplace readiness. Candidates with basic knowledge of Accounts and Finance concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training programs on Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Employability Skills.
Conduct Aptitude Training sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Facilitate interactive workshops to enhance confidence, presentation skills, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
Prepare training materials, assessments, assignments, and session plans.
Track learner progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and placement readiness sessions.
Submit training reports, attendance records, and session trackers as required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.




Ability to engage students and professionals in classroom sessions.
Good classroom management and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in creating training content and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Aptitude Trainer, or Employability Skills Trainer.
Knowledge of Accounts, Commerce, or Finance concepts will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling college students, fresh graduates, or corporate participants.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant training experience preferred.
