Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain candidate and employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Support attendance, leave, and employee database management.
Assist with preparation of HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




Assist senior HR team members with day-to-day HR operations.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM – Human Resources preferred.
Internship/project experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
