Role: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
3–6 months of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
