We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and professional Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients regularly, understand their requirements, provide necessary information, and maintain strong and professional client relationships.
This is not a sales-focused role. There are no sales targets or pressure to generate sales. The focus is primarily on client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 50 calls per day to clients.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing clients.
Understand client requirements, queries, and concerns.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide accurate information and coordinate with the relevant internal team whenever required.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Ensure professional and polite communication with every client.
Follow up with clients as required and ensure timely communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English and Hindi.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to communicate clearly and handle clients patiently.
Good listening and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making 50+ calls every day.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or client coordination will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable with a role involving regular phone communication and should not have any frequent migraine-related difficulty that could interfere with daily calling responsibilities.
