Homely Stays is looking for a detail-oriented Listing Manager to manage and optimize property listings across various online booking platforms. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate property information, maintain availability, and help maximize bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and other OTAs.
Upload and update property descriptions, amenities, pricing, availability, and photos.
Monitor booking calendars and ensure listings remain up to date.
Coordinate with the Operations team regarding property availability and maintenance.
Respond to listing-related queries and booking requests.
Track listing performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and bookings.
Maintain records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Own laptop preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Interest in hospitality, property management, or e-commerce operations.
Ability to manage multiple property listings efficiently.
