Assistant Manager experience will NOT be considered
Deputy Manager experience will NOT be considered
General Manager experience will NOT be considered
Only candidates with 4+ years specifically in Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager roles will be considered
Solid team management & leadership skills
Experience in operations, process improvement & performance management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
