Position: Civil Site Supervisor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
B.Tech/B.E. Civil candidates may also apply
Freshers with positive practical/site knowledge may be considered
Candidates with 1–3 years of construction site experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities
Manage and coordinate site labour
Check excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting works
Supervise brickwork, plastering and other finishing works
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions of Site Engineer
Check line, level, dimensions and quality of work
Monitor labour productivity and daily progress
Coordinate materials, machinery and manpower requirements
Maintain basic daily site records and measurements




Ensure workers follow site safety requirements
Report site issues and progress to the Site Engineer/Project Management

Candidate Requirements
Able to read basic civil/structural drawings
Good knowledge of RCC and general civil construction
Comfortable working full time at a construction site
Able to handle labour and subcontractor teams
Responsible, disciplined and willing to work in a site environment

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and capability
Accommodation: Provided by company
