We are hiring for a growing professional services and business advisory organisation specialising in cross-border compliance, international business advisory, legal and regulatory services, trade and product compliance, tax compliance, import-export consulting and global market entry support.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Program / Project Manager to drive the execution of business projects and initiatives across the organisation.

The role involves bringing structure, accountability and momentum to projects by ensuring clear ownership, timelines, follow-ups and timely resolution of risks and blockers.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate multiple business projects and initiatives.
Create and track project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Identify delays, risks, dependencies and blockers and drive their resolution.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards and regular status updates for management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes,



reduce delays and improve operational efficiency.
Develop simple processes, trackers and systems to strengthen execution and accountability.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Business Operations or a similar role.
Experience in consulting, skilled services, legal, compliance, advisory or business services is preferred.
Solid organisational, planning and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and project/task management tools.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes ownership and drives work to completion.
