Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have valuable computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documents accurately.
Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with field teams, customers, and internal departments.
Track pending activities and follow up with the concerned teams.
Manage emails, documents, and other official correspondence.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.




Prepare and update Excel sheets and MIS reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate for necessary corrections.
Support the operations team in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Positive typing and data-entry skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive time-management and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers can also be considered depending on the requirement.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
