Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Develop drawings from architectural concepts, sketches.
Prepare submission drawings in accordance with applicable building rules and regulations.
Prepare detailed construction and working drawings with dimensions, annotations, schedules, and material specifications.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and client/consultant comments.
Maintain proper drawing standards, file organization, and version control.
Assist architects in preparing project documentation and presentations.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings are accurate and issued within deadlines.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of SketchUp and/or other architectural software is an advantage.
Positive understanding of architectural drafting, construction details,
and building practices.
Knowledge of Kerala building rules and local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with architects and consultants.
Relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting preferred.
Relevant experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Perumbavoor, Kerala (Perumbavoor): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
