Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Logistics Manager with strong experience in Dairy or FMCG logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in last-mile delivery operations, depot management, route optimization, and team handling. Regular depot visits and close coordination with operations teams are essential to ensure seamless distribution and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end last-mile logistics operations across Mumbai.

 Conduct regular depot visits to monitor operational efficiency and compliance.

 Supervise depot operations, delivery partners, and logistics teams.

 Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

 Optimize delivery routes and improve transportation efficiency.

 Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth operations.

 Monitor fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.

 Resolve logistics issues and ensure high customer service standards.

 Maintain logistics MIS,



operational reports, and vendor performance.

 Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Skills

 Solid experience in Last Mile Logistics and Distribution.

 Hands-on experience in Dairy or FMCG logistics.

 Mandatory experience in depot operations and regular depot visits.

 Team handling and leadership skills.

 Route planning and fleet management.

 Knowledge of logistics KPIs and operational reporting.

 Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.

Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline.

 3-4years of relevant experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain.

 Experience in Dairy or FMCG industry is mandatory.

 Experience managing multiple depots and last-mile delivery operations will be preferred.
